Toll Reports Loss, But Sees Light at End of Tunnel

Toll Brothers reported a net loss of $29.3 million for its third fiscal quarter, but the loss was approximately half of what analysts were expecting, causing CEO Robert Toll to call this a positive sign for both the company and the homebuilding industry.
